This is a triangle shaped cut bordering caudally and dorsally the rump, cranially the flank and ventral/caudally the knuckle.

COXAL TUBEROSITY AND LATERAL EDGE OF THE ILIUM.

Muscular Component:
M. TENSOR FASCIA LATAE.

Processing:
TAIL OF RUMP (M. TENSOR FASCIAE LATAE) IS REMOVED FROM A RUMP (ITEM 2455) BY SEPARATING IT FROM THE M. GLUTEUS MEDIUM, CUTTING THROUGH THE NATURAL SEAMS BETWEEN BOTH MUSCLES.
